Halff provided design and construction engineering and inspection services to Collin County for a new 6-mile, two-lane southbound frontage.
The project included five major cross-street intersection designs with new traffic signals at three cross-street interchange locations. It also included an 800-foot bridge span over Doe Branch and six bridge class culverts.
